The ps3s will be able to move more information because they will process at a much higher bitrate than any current ibm type pc. The computers on your list are all limited to 32 bits, therefor it takes 4 clock cycles to preform same instruction as a 128 bit cpu would do in one. The ps3 will have a cpu that can communicate faster with every componet in the conlsole. faster ram, faster gpu, faster bus, and It only has to run graphics unlike university supercomputers.
