What does everyone think of this new controller design? It's certainly a diversion from the classical designs we've had since the original Nintendo.
The whole concept of moving the controller to play the game is interesting, but I think it would have to be highly customisable to suit most people, like the sensitivity to movement etc. If it's stuck on one setting it could be a problem.
How long do you think it would take to get used to? Do you think it's worth it? All the "new" styles of controller (like the XBox controller) has frustrated me greatly. I've been playing Nintendo games since the NES and I've never had a problem with the classic setup. |

what the ...!?
how are you supposed to play a racing game with it? it's sure fine for some games like tetris, but that's about it. Not impressed. |

I see it as a massive risk. Like most risks, if it works it will be better than it ever could have been otherwise.
While many developers have supported the idea of the controller, I have heard some don't like it. Although there is an optional normal style controller which could work for those other games. |
