Revolution launch window revealed!
The launch window for the next-gen Nintendo Revolution console has been revealed via the Nintendo Power Line.
Besides giving advice on current-gen consoles and games, Nintendo of America’s game counseling hotline (425-885-7529) features news on upcoming systems and games. Callers that select to hear information about the Revolution console receive the following message:

“As the company with the strongest heritage of innovation, Nintendo moves the bar for all next-gen systems by employing a wide-ranging strategy that will attract more kinds of gamers to more kinds of games.
When Nintendo’s new console, codenamed Revolution, arrives in the later half of 2006, everyone will discover the meaning of all-access gaming.”
This is as close as Nintendo has come to revealing a date for the release of its new Revolution console. Some sites are now speculating that the console will be released in Japan in Spring 2006, with a Summer 2006 US launch to follow.
At this stage, it is unknown which game titles are being developed to coincide with the Revolution’s 2006 release.
