Epic make possibly the most 'gimmicky, crap and cheap' games out there! Yes the Unreal engine rocks, but is it not gimmicky and cheap to make the same game, with updated graphics and physics and just throw a different name to the title. As for the controller change is most absolutly a good thing! The only company I see putting out something differnet is Nintendo! The DS games are so much more entertaining because of that extra peripherial, the touch screen, and I think having an extra means to interface with a game can only be a good thing!
